The Coach House Inn Chester

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. It made it convenient to explore and visit all the popular attractions. the room was comfortable and clean, which made for a pleasant stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests or questions.

The hotel lacked Christmas decorations and festive atmosphere. I was expecting more holiday cheer during my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient being able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a short stay. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and the service was top-notch. I especially loved the welcome drink and the free coffee and tea available throughout my stay. It really added an extra touch of luxury.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The Coach House Inn truly exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and comfort.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and organised, making sure we had everything we needed. The meals, especially the breakfast, were perfectly cooked and presented. The room was clean, comfy, and a good size. The location was ideal, right in the centre with everything on our doorstep.

We were impressed with the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and tea/coffee making facilities with fresh milk and biscuits. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We even received a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. the level of service and attention to detail was top-notch.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right opposite the magnificent cathedral. You can enjoy a lovely view of the cathedral from your room and it's very convenient for exploring the city and shopping. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds and hot showers. The service is excellent, with a warm welcome and complimentary hot drinks. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. a great place to stay for a short visit.

Maybe the bathroom could have a bigger shelf for more convenience.

The noise from the street could be a bit bothersome at times.
